i just talked to a dealer and was trying to get info about whether or not they had any allocations. the salesmen told me that the man who handles that is out today. but he told me "as long as we put an order in and it's a sold order, it will be picked up right away. the allocations are just for what we order to have on the lot." HUH? this is not how i have heard it or i guess not how i have understood it. is this salesman smoking crank???

so my question that i was going to ask him but got a crazy answer for is....if i order today, and you have an allocation, how soon could i expect delivery of my car?
