I am a big fan of 24. I do not watch it until the end of the current number of shows are broad cast. I think it is 12 weeks. I have a tivo that I can download the program, cut the ads, and then join the programs together to form 1 big program. After the end I'll upload it back to my tivo. I will watch 3 hrs a night until the end.
