The Stainless Power headers are good, but there are a few minor details with them that separate them from the actual Stainless Works headers. The flanges are different, the welds are not quite as clean, the terminations in the collector are not as flush and a lot of the time the merge spike is slightly crooked. They also only come with a 2 year warranty vs lifetime.
Still, all in all they are a great bang for the buck and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a budget set of headers. But if you are looking for top tier quality, you'll have to pay for it.
