I had the same thing on my V6 after installing my CAI. I ended up getting a CEL indicating a lean condition. After inspecting it again I found the hose on the clean side of the PCV system was loose where it goes into the engine, leaking unmetered air into the engine... Fixed that and the CEL and idle problems quit. Check and double check for vacuum leaks too.
