The V6 runs HIGHER compression than the LS3 and L99 V8s. That's a very easy thing look up!
Wrong, the ECU pulls timing when it sees (hears) knock. You get less knock with higher octane gas.
This is the only correct statement in the whole post and it assumes the knock sensors are working correctly.
What are you basing this on?
