No. It is not a shame. Ignorance and sloppiness are not a valid excuse for anything. The odd mispelled word or missed punctuation is one thing but a post filled with mispelled words, incorrect grammar and run-on sentences screams "I don't give a shit."
If someone suffers from dyslexia, however, that's a different story.
