Measure the length of the bolt (in mm) you're looking to replace. Use the diagram shown on the boltdepot.com link above to guide you. Bolt length is the distance from the bottom of the head to the end. Add 10mm to that measurement. You need an 8mm diameter, 1.25 mm pitch, ### mm long bolt; where ### is the length calculated above. Sometimes written: M8 x 1.25 x ###.

The problem is that he's going to need a longer bolt in the rear position because the upper threads tore out. (From another thread in the LFX section).
