If you get a warranty with a dealer installed LSA blower, it will be from that dealer so be careful. Make sure it is clear and in writing. The GMPP parts have their own warranty but that is on the parts, not your motor/drivetrain. When you add up the blower, control modules, accessories, etc the LSA isn't the cheapest option, or the best performing one.
