Longer answer: come on, Camaro's not about fuel economy!
Long answer: fuel in europe costs now more than 2$ per liter - about 8$/gallon. Even in countries of Eastern Europe (where I live), where salaries are wayy lower than in US. Yet it's still possible in these countries to have a car and drive it a lot, even with moderate salary (like 2-3k$/month). And I bet that when Camaro comes out, you'll realize that too and throw away these worries
PS. 27mpg is a very good fuel economy.
