A little late to the party aren't you Hiney? I reserved at the host hotel back in November and even then I had to speak to the manager to get into the group rate for both nights. They typically use up the room block before the snow flies each year.
A number of people stay at the comfy inn St. Catharines which isn't far away. Also that Holiday in we used for BBOMG 4 is close.
