I assume from your questions you are track oriented.
I would start with the stock setup and see how that works for you. The stock setup has proven to be very fast and a nice street compromise as is. From there look at mods from members like DropSpeed who was been killing with a fairly stock car. I especially would leave the sway bars alone. The radius rod bushings would be a nice step to tighten up the steering. The rear bushings would be more to cure wheelhop and side stepout which are both not that bad with stock power. If you go FI then look at doing all the rear bushings.
