Thanks for all the comments, both good and bad.
I'll try to answer the questions.
The tires do have armorall on them. The Nitto NT05 is a brand new tire, made from a new tire compound, and is less black than other harder compounds.
The front bowtie was first shot with clear gloss, then sanded with 2000 grit. I masked off the chrome surround, then painted the center black. I then shot very thin gloss black on the chrome surround to tone it down a bit. A final coat of clear gloss seals it all in.
I didn't tint the windows because I do a lot of night driving, and prefer maximum visibility over any coolness factor the tint might have provided.
