V*2+10=afr is the equation. Downloaded the .pdf manual. It does not appear to me that this wideband can be tested with the free air method. Page 6 states to unplug the sensor, 2.35 should be displayed on the meter and 2.35 volts should be measured on the analog output, white wire. If not 2.35 volts on the analog, than this offset needs to be accounted. Manual states about when using an AEMPro, to adjust the gain for the correct value. There is no provision on the meter itself for any adjustment. When using a third party software, the offset would need to be adjusted with livelink II. The offset in the equation would need changed. Also, what fuel are you using, straight gas, e10, blend or if torco is being used, what effect does it have on the stoichy. What stoichymetric value do you have programmed into your wideband?
