I can't imagine Eaton making that many brand new superchargers when all they'd have to do is replace the coupler and shaft and verify the units overall performance & condition.

Just speculation here.
I looked at the parts in the bulletin, it's a new supercharger. Eaton is a big company, I wouldn't imagine there to be a supply problem.
