Did a weight loss back to back comparison a few weeks ago. A 55 lb reduction was good for about a .15 improvement. Swapped two lead acid batteries for one lithium battery in a high 8 sec 1st gen car. Less weight in the back hurt the 60 ft .01/.02ish, possibly had slight tire slip. With a little more chassis tuning might be able to slightly improve on the weight loss et improvement.

Traction, and weather often seem to really impact the ET the most. Below 50 F, with traction, and the ET really drops a couple tenths.

All else being equal, I'd guess 100 lbs being good for about 2 tenths. Lots of variables though.
