I rode with my uncle a couple times in his car. It was an automatic mercedes so very very consistent 12.9's with just driver and very consistant 13.1 with passenger. That 100# = 1/10 is fairly accurate. Where the weight comes off is also very important. Static weight, sprung and unsprung, and rotational weight will offer different gains.
