Question is do you want to go to oversteer. The 1LE is almost a neutral balanced car. That is why put a blower on one and you can run just as quick if not quicker around a track than a ZL1. Get to much stiffer on the rear and it will swing out on you and you tail end will be all over the place.
I would first up your power then see how it handles for you. Then do the bushing if need be.
