Not sure what you are thinking of plugging holes with nuts and bolts as the throttle body shaft is threaded. But you will need to source yourself a 5/8" expansion plug to cap the end of the throttle body when you put the shaft back in it and it all together. You will destroy the old plug when trying to get it out to get the shaft out. No other way around that.
