None of their cars are forfeitures. The United Arab Emirates is the second largest economy in the Arab world behind Saudi Arabia. Abu Dhabi is the capital, and that's where the Burj Khalifa Tower resides (you know, the tallest man-made structure in the world at 2,722 feet tall).
They have money. And they spend it like crazy.
