Adjustable trailing arms are not needed. Adjustable toe links and lower control arms can be nice so that you can install lock out plates in the factory eccentrics so they don't slip under load, but again not really needed unless you're really pushing the car hard on track.
As for the sway bar, the BMR 1.25" (31.75 mm) rear bar is nice if you are just doing one bar. If doing both front and rear, I'd suggest the Detroit speed adjustable sway bars. (28.5 Front / 35mm Rear). we're running the DSE setup on our JDP Camaro and it's been one of the most well balanced setups we have tested. We also took fastest time of the weekend at the Camaro5Fest Camarocross with this setup.
