Not surprisingly, Senna is doing it perfectly. Furthermore, with slight modification that technique will work on any car, no matter how far apart the pedals are. To extend your reach to the throttle just rotate your right foot counter-clockwise which will give you more foot area to reach the throttle. To help with the foot rotation you can point your right knee inward a little bit. Sometimes it helps to move the seat forward one notch to accommodate the slight knee bend.
I’ve driven a LOT of cars, and using this technique I have yet to encounter one that I couldn’t heel and toe easily.
