I use to do all this as well with my 4th gen cars and it worked good. However I tried a blade about 2 year's or so ago and had no luck but that was before I was tuned. I have a couple extra blades laying around, I will massage on this weekend and see what we got. Another note I could not find that small of a button head bolt at the hardware store I got these at otherwise I would have. I'm sure McMaster Carr has them but I didn't want to wait.
