Also, the cool air is actually more dense, allowing for more oxygen molecules to enter your system thus increasing power. The cooler it is the closer the molecules are. With hotter things the molecules are more excited and are bouncing around colliding more and more spread out because of these collisions. Cold air is heavier than warm air.
Thanks--I had meant more dense, but I hadn't had enough caffeine that day Much appreciated. I will be looking into this mod. Anything I can do to squeeze a little more power out without heads/cam. This and a CAI scoop should bring me pretty close to ~430-435 at the wheels methinks.
