ZZ, I torqued my clamps to 65 ft/lbs per magnaflows directions. I also sheared one of the bolts in half in the process.... I would suggest climbing under and torquing them down to at least 55 ft/lbs.

I had two places where I ran into rattles in the exhaust setup, at the "gasketless flange" just past the crossover brace, and where the magnaflow pipe passed by the rear diff.

If your pipes arent perfectly centered down the middle of the tunnel at the "gasketless flange", the bracket will rub and rattle on a small screw that's sticking out of the frame that the heat shielding is attatched to underneath the car. Might be your noise.
