I am going to take some time and try to re-tighten everything tomorrow, then run it until hot, and re tighten.

I idea that it is something slowly looseninf sounds right!! But what it is I do not know. I am going to have to find something. I checked the clearance every where in the system and there is no less than 1/2 inch in any place.

Thanks for the input...I will keep checking back for more ideas of what it could be.
