While in the shop I decided to to a few extras:

I had Oracle ghosted side marker lights installed, de-badged the front fenders, and then took it straight to JDP Motorsports for the Granatelli dimpled and slotted rotors, Pfadt ZL-1 style sway bars and new LCA's, replaced the rusty Pedders Xa's with Ridetech's new coilovers (more on them later). Also had Jordan replace the previously installed Pedders bushing inserts with Prothane complete urethane bushings. Here's a pic of the rear assembly with the new bushings:

And here's one that shows the new quarter panel welded in and painted.
