Dude seriously all those upgrades other than the tune you can do yourself with jack stands and a buddy. Instead of wasting money paying for someone to put on what I consider bolt-ons, just buy the cai 500 tops, complete exhaust system 15-1800 depending probably less, that puts you at 2200 and roughly 3-400 for tune depending on the area and you save yourself a nice chunk of change. Of course my estimate is high, but proof there are ways to be budget friendly on the easiest mods to put on.
