I called BS. They then provided me with a paper from GM that in fact states the same thing. I even contacted GM directly and got a case number and argued it for 3 weeks. Even my salesman argued it with GM for me. And in the end GM REFUSED to budge. I even found an identical (except color) car in town, got his build sheet and presented it to GM along with my build sheet since the ONLY differences were the color of the cars and that his had the 20in rims on it. Still they refused and said if I changed anything it WILL void the warranty. And yes I even brought of the Munson Moss act. The dealership even called it total BS. GM told me it's my car, do what I want with it. But if something goes wrong they CAN deny any warranty work. Now since then I have purchased another new Camaro a 13 with the features I want. Yeah yeah I know give me a lecture for buying a second one after being screwed over. Anyway I did it cause my dealership is "working with me" if anything ever happens. And no I won't say what that means. But bottom line GM CAN void the ENTIRE warranty for ANY changes if they want. I recommend you not take my word for it and research it FULLY yourself. And yes I can back all of this up.
Wow. If you had to ask if you could change wheels, I don't know what to say.

Did you know that if you are WILDLY PARANOID, you could put the factory rims back on with simple tools for warranty service?

Now, if you lower or lift your car, and you want them to fix a broken suspension component, then you should worry.
