Years ago, I hit a guy's windshield with an errant shot.(longest 3 wood I had ever hit). Was told by clubhouse that I am not legally liable, but to turn it in to my homeowners/renters insurance to promote goodwill, they took care of it no problem. Suggest that to the golfer.
