I guess its good to be the Rock-It Man. But OEM parts are simply something you are owed on a late-model car.
I go right to the body shop, tell them I want it done right and I won't accept a 'good-enough' job. It's kinda hard for me to tell them how to run their business though. I sort of have the choice to use them, or somebody else. I don't see how I can dictate how they run things.
...but I don't see how living in MA has anything to do with any of that. The insurance co is the insurance co. Telling the
body shop I'm the boss and that they better do as I say doesn't make the
insurance co shit or go blind.
