I think that may apply if you live in England or on the Continent -- where you can easily drive your car to the Nordschleife.
I've made two pilgrimages to the Nordschleife and have driven over 1K miles at speed there in racing school programs, but there's really no practical way for me to get my Z/28 there. I love the track and love that Team Z/28 used it to develop and fine-tune the car. I've pulled the rear bow-ties, and have been shopping for just the right Ring decal.
Before installation, however, I hereby propose the following rule. Furthermore, I suggest it be implemented immediately -- assuming we're going to crack down on those who install a Ring sticker without having driven their actual car on the actual circuit:
IF you have an avatar, and IF you use a photo of an incredibly attractive young woman, then these photos are only acceptable for avatar-usage if you've actually been intimate with said lass. Otherwise, no-go...
