Chevrolade I wouldn't check pullies everyday because of this thread. We sell over 500 pullies from all kinds of companies every year.

I talked with the guys at the shop and the only two failures we have on record is from Harold gwatney chevrolet. I will contact them as well to try to get more info from them to see if it compares to this failure.

Do you guys know if this pulley was installed with a pulley installer, longer bolt, or hammered on until the stock bolt grabs?

**** update the guys said this was one of the two pullies installed at Harold gwatney chevrolet so I'm on the right page now!! I will get them a full credit right now so they can refund you. I'll also get both pullies from them so we can study the pullies at the factory.

Like I said I'm sorry for the problems, please let me try to make it up to you if you ever need anything in the future!

All of the manufacturers test the bonding by doing a load force test randomly during production.

The guys at Harold gwatney chevrolet are good people, I'll get them refunded and I know for 1000% they'll forward that refund on to you.
