You have another week or so untill you should start looking for a VIN. They are RARELY early, but they are late sometimes. As far as delivery, I was built Wednesday 8/5, shipped to MI 8/5, shipped to my dealer today. I should get it tomorrow or wednesday. so about 7 days for me.

TRUE, if you hit 3400 you have officially begun the build process. The line seems ot be about a week or so long. Expect a VIN about a week after you hit 3400.

YES. Built and shipped 8/5! Should be mine tomorrow or wednesday. the issue is taken care of.

Not exactly true. 8/31 is the week it is supposed to get built, it could be monday, it could be saturday. It could be a day or two early, it could be a day or two late. That the "week" you should start looking for a VIN. Once you hit 3400, be very happy. Its about a week from there and shipping has been fast.
