Sorry your dealer is either misinformed or lied to you. The minimum requirements for CARS (cash for clunker) is 22 MPG for a passenger automobile. The v6 auto gets 22 MPG and the v6 manual gets 21 MPG so it doesn't qualify no matter what your dealer told you.
