It's the Return to Borrego Cruise Part 3! The past 2 years we had a very successful cruise with over 30 Camaros from San Diego up to Los Angeles. Let's do it again! (Pics from a previous Borrego Cruise)

Starting Point: 10:00AM at Wal-Mart El Cajon (13487 Camino Canada, El Cajon, CA 92021) on SUNDAY, AUGUST 31st
There is a Shell Gas Station on the corner as you exit the 8 Freeway. Please gas up before you arrive so that we are not waiting on people to go get gas. When you exit the 8 Freeway, head South to Camino Canada and turn right. Then take your first left into the mall and your next first left as you approach the parking lot. We will meet there in the back corner.

We will head to Borrego Springs via Sunrise Highway and end at Lake Henshaw for lunch. That way anyone that would like to join us from LA/OC/IE can head back North and the rest can cruise South.

Total time without stopping is approx 3 hours…120 miles.

DIRECTIONS for CRUISE from Meeting Spot to Lunch:

1. I-8 East for 24.5 miles
2. Take the Exit for Sunrise Highway
3. Turn Left onto County Road S1/Old Hwy 80 and go 12.2 miles
4. Head West on Sunrise Hwy toward Laguna Meadow Rd for 11.8 miles
5. Turn Right onto Hwy 79 N, go 5.8 miles
6. Turn Right onto CA 78 E/Banner Rd (signs for Westmoreland/Brawley), go 18.4 miles
7. Turn Left onto Yaqui Pass Road, go 6.9 miles
8. Turn Left onto Borrego Springs Road, go 5.3 miles
9. At traffic circle, exit on Palm Canyon Rd
10. Turn Left onto Montezuma Valley Rd, go 17.4 miles
11. Turn Right onto San Felipe Rd, go 4.7 miles
12. Turn Left onto Hwy 79 S, go 4.3 miles
13. Turn Right onto CA-76 West, go 3.7 miles
14. Round-up BBQ will be on your left.
