It wont. The regular x-pipe will get rid of a LITTLE bit of the rasp, but the headers introduced a shit ton more rasp then the stock exhaust would've had.

I have the exact same setup on my car as you do.. long tubes, high flows, stock catback with muffler deletes (same thing as magnaflow competition axle back) with 4" tips. It was pretty loud, so I put the resonated X on there and now it's "quiet".

It's definitely way quieter then with the h-pipe, but it sounds really deep and grumply and screams when WOT. The problem is its "quiet" from inside the car...this car has so much sound deadening in it that it makes everything sound quiet lol.
