Yes! Engine movement is wasted torque. By reducing or eliminating that unnecessary engine movement (either by polyurethane or solid mounts), you have a more direct application of that torque to your drivetrain. Will you feel that improved throttle response while driving normally on the street?.....probably not. Will it make a difference at the drag strip while doing max effort launches....yes it will.
