Octane is a straight ratio. So 5 gallons of 91 and 5 gallons of 100 would be 91+100/2=95.5 octane. You can do the fuse pull deal to reset your fuel trims. Unless you get your IAT2 under control it really won't matter on the stock tune. Also, unless you have a tune loaded that adds more timing for the added octane, I wouldn't bother.
