All the hp in the world doesnt make up for an ugly car and poor build quality. I don't know anyone that has had a Challenger and not had multiple quality issues. I have driven an SRT and that car is a pig and drives like one too. For about $1,000 my ZL1 will be pushing 630hp and and you can wave as I pass you on the street, the strip, and the road course.

Well you do now, I owned a 12 SRT8 Challenger and never had one single issue. Three ram Trucks in the last 10-years no issues. With my SS the drive belt ate itself within 500-miles due to poor alignment on the crank pulley, then the alternator went after 3-months. The clutch was also POS. In my 5.0 well lets just say the MT82 was a complete piece of garbage locking me out of 2nd and 3rd gear at WOT.
Sure you can modify your ZL1 to be as quick or quicker than the Hellcat, but the problem is so can the Hellcat which begins life with a much better supercharger begging for more boost to be applied to the fully forged engine internals.
Not bashing the ZL1 as it most likely will be my next ride as the used prices continue to drop.
