Your goal is definitely attainable with bolt-ons. I suggest starting with a good intake system (Airaid, CAI or Roto-Fab), a VMAX TB, a good set of long tube headers and a tune.

Gears are also a great way to go faster and keep the Mustangs at bay. They'll honestly be more of an improvement than a lot of the bolt-ons. Low end and top end will both be improved.. It's just the overall gear limited top speed that will be affected.. You'll also get slightly better mileage around town, with slightly worse on the highway.
