they put signs in the driveway to my work which say caution drive slow. the sign is flourescent yellow but the problem is someone had already hit it and the yellow part of the sign and pole was gone all that was left was the solid asphalt base. its a cone shape as you can see from the indentation on my fascia. its solid asphalt or painted concrete so that it wont blow away. i do keep my eyes out but it was a torrential downpour and add that its a black base on a blacktop driveway at night with not much light.
