Are you saying just the sways are for the 10-11 non FE4, or both spings and sways?

Both will fit any model car 2010-2014. The springs are the same on all 5th gen Camaros. The sway bars he is selling are FE3 style which is 2010-2011 models only. 2012+ cars use FE4 style sway bars which moved the mounting location out on the lower control arm. The new lower control arms have a provision for the old mounting location, but it would be a step back in suspension design if you used the sway bars on a 2012+ car.
