Phil did a mail order tune for my 2012 SS and the poor guy took 5 hours out of his Sunday to tune my car to perfection. This tune didn't just wake my car up it transformed it into a beast. Phil is very patient when he is tuning your car and he actually takes the time to teach you and explain to you what he is doing in detail so those of us that have no clue what we are looking at when we are tuning start understanding what to look for.
