I thought our EPA nazi's let you have one system not ready?
Do you mean it has a pending code?
To set the evap ready it takes several drive cycles from cold start with less than 3/4 tank and more than 1/4. Long steady speed trips like 45-50 on a country road, no starts or stops. It's a hard one to get ready.
