Sorry to hear that OP. I just had my tires replaced on my car. I took it to a dealer. They knew how particular I am with my car. They have a mechanic who works on Corvettes and Camaros exclusively. I have to say except for replacing one of my lug nuts with a locking lug nut he did a great job. I was told it could be at least 2-3 hours for him to mount and balance all of them The rep. said that the mechanic is very particular how he works and is meticulous. If they did damage any of the wheels I can tell you they would be replacing them.
I was also told that the lubricant ? he uses to get the tire on the rim takes a least 24 hours to dry. I was warned not to spin the tires for at least 48 hours. They said there have been issues when guys get their new tires on their Corvettes they need to see how they "handle" and they actually spin the tire on the rim!!! Not Good.
Anyway I hope you get it taken care of. If it was me I would make them REPLACE each wheel they damaged. You should not take your car somewhere to get work done just so you get it back damaged. That is unexceptable!!
