Highlander i hear what you're saying about chevy customer care but i agree with reality on this one because I've dealt with customer care on a rim issue and realized id wasted much time on this middle man who can do absolutely nothing other than what i could do myself. Customer care is operating in the best interest of the company folks.......not the interest of the customer like the name implies. Don't be fooled.
