Not sure about "solid" but yes the automatic is capable of 11s. Not sure if I've heard of the manual hitting 11s yet, so that's why I don't want to use the word "solid", but I guess under the perfect conditions and perfect driving it should be capable of 11s too right?? One would think so.
But next year, the C7 is getting the 8 speed auto, which should only serve to make the car a tad bit quicker.
As others are saying, gonna need to get your SS into consistent mid to low 12s to have a chance.
