I am sorry that this kind of thing happens, As hard as I work at it, and as much care I put in to everything I do, I just can't Please Everyone.
In this case I had no Idea there was a problem with this car, Zero notification.
This person went to 2 of my direct competitors and of coarse as many competitors do Unprofessionally Told this person a bunch of lies to try and earn his business.
This person never once contacted me with his concerns he just went on a rampage of creating a thread, a video and write up of Slander and defamation.
I am not a new performance shop, I have been tuning cars for over 35 years and in business full time for over 28 years.
We build and tune some of the fastest cars in the country, we set the bar for many to follow.
We work hard and learn every day NO ONE knows everything but I believe I have a leg up on the competition.
