Wheels got repaired but in a metallic finish and all wheels out of balance, scratches on my hood where the tech was using my car to write on his forms, dent above my wheel well where they put pressure I guess while taking the wheel off and also they scratched the new painted wheels again.
Goodyear wants me to let them have it for two days to make it all right but I'm terrified of using them again and they aren't giving me much of an option. Manager is a super nice guy but their shop guys suck. Manager is asking for another chance to make it. I have decided on whether to stick with the metallic or let them correct it.
I had the wheels rebalanced at classic and the scratch is on the inside so right now everything is fine if I can deal with the metallic finish instead of satin. Just worried of more issues with GY

Don't settle on a finish if it's not what you asked for. You'll regret it every time you look at them.
