GO to homedepot or lowes to buy black dip and clear coat, use a toothpick to feel it off, also use post it cards and put those between the rim and the wheel to avoid overspray on the tire, then you don't need to worry about it. There's also a special handle for plastidip cans so you don't have to hold the little top button down.
